Replacement Policy

The processing of the order starts as soon as it is received. In the event of cancellation of the order due to any reason, the below-mentioned conditions shall apply:-

Cancellation of Order would be allowed prior to dispatch of order from the warehouse No cancellation would be permitted once the order has been shipped.

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Returns valid only when installed by POJ authorized personnel.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Do not open the product packaging by yourself. POJ authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

Any product-related issues will be checked by POJ authorized service personnel and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
On receiving the product, if you find it is damaged, please call our Customer Care Department 9905952994 and send us product pictures showing the damage. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 3-5 days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to address the issue.
